Our client Carney Sandoe & Associates hosts an annual conference promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion at private and independent schools. They wanted to capture the unique energy and varied offerings — from trainings, workshops, and plenary lectures, to hiring interviews — that the event has to offer in a short 2 minute video.
We dispatched a crew of 3 — two videographers and a production assistant — to capture footage of the huge range of activities at the conference over its two day course in Philadelphia. We worked closely with the client to find a diverse roster of job candidates and representatives from schools to speak with us and summarize their thoughts on what makes the event so unique. In post production we combined a fast-paced narrative with upbeat music and slick, contemporary motion graphics to capture the special vibrancy and positivity of the event.
